Trump: “Rumors of My Death Have Been Greatly Exaggerated”
After Donald Trump Jr.'s X account was hacked this morning and posted a false message about his father's death, President Trump has responded, saying "I am the most alive President in history".
Trump addressed the rumor outside of his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida, saying that there is no greater exaggeration than saying that he is deceased.
"Maybe President Biden is dead," he told reporters. "Although, even for a zombie he is pretty lifeless. Nobody has ever been more alive than me. Can you imagine someone spreading a rumor like this about me when we have sleepy Joe Biden who needs someone to remind him to breathe? Or John Fetterman, who needed to have Senate rules changed so he doesn't need to change out of his pajamas in the morning?"
Meanwhile, MSNBC has doubted Trump's claims. "How do we know he's telling the truth?" asked pathological liar Rachel Maddow. "Honestly, this sounds like something Putin would say."
The DOJ has said that it is looking into whether Trump being alive could be grounds for another indictment.
